宫保鸡丁 (gōng bǎo jī dīng) [Kung Pao chicken]

It is orginated in Guizhou Province of China and now is popular all over the country, and even all over the world. In western contries, Kung Pao chicken to China is similar as spaghetti to Italy. It is so popular that there are so many versions of Kung Pao chicken. Thus we think that it is necessary to give a standard one that is relatively easy to implement in a comman kitchen.
